2025 Freeport Phantoms Football

Are you ready to take the field? Join the Freeport Phantoms 2025 Season and experience the thrill of the game while building teamwork, discipline, and confidence!

Registration Includes:

Player Equipment: Helmet, Pads, and Pants (*Must be turned in at the end of the season*)
Player Jersey
Experienced coaching focused on skill development and safety
Practice sessions and games
End of Season Banquet

Ages: 6-12 as of August 1st, 2025

Practice: 4-5 nights per week at the SportsPlex starting in July

Games: Game days are held either Saturdays or Sundays (approx. August through late October/early November)

Required Items:

Birth certificate for age verification
Sports Physical dated 2025
Cleats and mouthguard
Completed registration and waiver forms

Cost: $150 per player

*Register by 3/31 to receive a $25 Early Bird Discount!*

Payment plans are available, but players must be paid in full by 6/1 to be eligible to play on a team.

Volunteer Requirements: Each player is required to have 2 volunteer representations or pay a $100 opt out fee. Opt out fee must be paid up front during registration and will be reimbursed after volunteer requirements are met.

*Players will be eligible for an additional $25 for each Little League Concession Stand volunteer shift (Example: Work 4 shifts, receive $100 reimbursed + an additional $50!) Reimbursements are maxed out at $150

Tumbling Camp

Introducing the Freeport Phantoms Cheer Tumbling Camp!

**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR CHEERLEADERS WHO WANT TO COMPETE**

Tumbling camp will begin March 6th and be held every Thursday through May 8th.

Level 1 Tumbling: 5:30-7:00

Level 2 Tumbling: 7:15-8:30

Placement night will be February 27th 6:00-7:30 PM.

Our circuit style tumbling camp is designed to help cheerleaders develop foundational tumbling skills in a supportive and structured environment. This camp focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence through a series of progressive drills and exercises tailored to each participant's skill level.

Cheerleaders will rotate through stations, each targeting a specific tumbling element. Each station incorporates fundamental techniques to promote proper form, safety, and muscle memory.

Under the guidance of our coaches, cheerleaders will receive personalized feedback and encouragement to enhance their individual growth. Whether new to tumbling or looking to solidify the basics, this camp is the perfect starting point for cheerleaders eager to build a strong foundation for more advanced skills in cheerleading.

Open for boys & girls ages 6 and up.

No prior tumbling or cheer experience is required!
